  • place skirt steak in a resealable/reusable bag like this 
  • add 2 tablespoons of Loma per 8oz of skirt steak
  • let marinate for 15+ minutes (or overnight)
  • when you're ready to cook, remove steak from bag and place on a plate
  • cover both sides of steak in coarse kosher salt
  • let steak sit until it reaches room temperature
  • heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
  • place steak in skillet (make sure skillet is sizzling hot before adding)  
  • for rare to medium-rare sear meat for about 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip over and cook for about 1-2 minutes on the other side
  • remove skillet from heat and place a slice of  unsalted butter on top of each steak.
  • let steak rest for 5 minutes before serving
  • sprinkle coarse kosher salt & pepper on top
  • serve with a watercress salad and grilled veggies
