Grilled pork chop

ingredients: Loma, pork chops
  • place pork chops in a resealable/reusable bag like this & add 2 tbsp of Loma per pork chop & let sit for 15+ mins (or overnight)
  • heat your grill to high heat  
  • sear pork chops for 2 mins each side
  • move pork chops to upper rack or indirect heat and reduce grill heat to medium
  • add salt and pepper to taste
  • close lid and cook the pork chops for another 15-20mins
  • remove from grill and let rest for 5 mins before serving
  • drizzle small amount of Loma on top prior to serving
  • serve with grilled veggies (zucchini & string beans are our favs!)
