ingredients: Loma, lobster , white wine
Cut lobster tail underside with kitchen sheers, clean if necessary place lobster tails/claws (with shells on) in an aluminum foil tray with lid
drizzle 1-2 tbsp on Loma over each lobster tail
put 2-4 tbsps of Loma in bottom of aluminum pan & then pour 1-2 cups of white wine on top of it (this creates steam and additional flavor for lobster to cook in)
cover with lid & let marinate in fridge for 30-60mins
heat grill (preferably charcoal) to medium-high heat & place entire aluminum tray (with lid) on grill,
cover grill and cook over indirect heat for 20-30 mins
serve with a fresh avocado & mango salsa + grilled eggplant with salt and pepper
