ingredients: Loma, chicken breast, kale, quick pickled onions, parmesan cheese, cooking oil
place chicken breast in a resealable/reusable bag like this
add one tablespoon of Loma per chicken breast
let chicken marinate for 15+ minutes (or overnight)
while chicken is marinating, wash kale
massage kale in a bowl of ice cold water
spin dry or drain water and put kale to the side to dry
heat oil-coated skillet to medium-high heat
cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on one side before flipping. option to drizzle more Loma for added flavor
cook other side for another (5-7 minutes depending on thickness)
let chicken sit for 5
in a large bowl combine kale, pickled onions and parmesan cheese.
drizzle dressing of your choice (we prefer a lemon-y, balsamic vinegar & olive oil based dressing)
plate chicken over salad and serve
